I draw from both Gottman Methods Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to assist you in achieving your relational goals.

Individual therapy

Tailored support at $150.

Embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment tailored to honor and explore the unique intersections of your identity, experiences, and challenges, fostering healing and growth in a safe and inclusive space. I use interventions from Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support healing, build coping skills, and increase self-awareness.
